WE DON'T JUST ENGINEER PROJECTS.WE ENGINEER HOW PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED.

Most engineering organisations still deliver projects the way they did twenty years ago: drawings first, data later, intelligence never. JGPC builds the delivery model the other way round.

We are an engineering technology company. Our teams combine plant and building engineering with software, data and applied AI, so that every model we build is also a dataset, every drawing is also a record, and every project leaves behind an asset that keeps working after handover.

From laser scan to digital twin, from a scanned legacy drawing to a validated material take-off, we design the workflow before we design the plant. That is the difference between producing deliverables and engineering how they are produced.

  • Model-centric delivery

One coordinated model is the source. Drawings, schedules and quantities are outputs of it, never separate documents.

  • Data before documents

Structured, tagged engineering data comes first. Documents are generated from it, not authored by hand.

  • Automation by design

Repeatable tasks are scripted, validated and versioned, so the second project runs faster than the first.

  • Intelligence at every stage

Machine recognition, rule checking and analytics run inside the workflow, not as an audit after it.

WHAT WEENGINEER

Six connected capabilities. Each one produces data the next one uses, so a project moves from survey to handover without re-entering a single value.

DIGITAL
ENGINEERING
WORKFLOWS

End-to-end digital delivery: one connected workflow from survey to model to data to handover, with a common data environment and defined information exchanges at every stage.

  • A single source of truth across disciplines
  • Information handed over in usable, structured form
  • Faster review cycles with fewer transmittals
Inputs
Project information requirements, existing tools, team structure
Deliverables
Workflow design, CDE configuration, information exchange definitions, dashboards
Approach
Define the information flow first, then choose the tools that carry it

TECHNICAL
CONTENT & DATA

Technical documentation, engineering content and data migration: manuals, specifications and datasheets written for engineers, and legacy engineering data moved into structured, searchable systems.

  • Legacy archives migrated with validated integrity
  • Documentation that engineers actually use
  • Searchable engineering data across the asset lifecycle
Inputs
Legacy archives, paper and scanned documents, spreadsheets, databases
Deliverables
Migrated datasets, technical manuals, specifications, data dictionaries
Approach
Audit, map, migrate and validate, with a reconciliation report at every step
